Product addons not translated with WPML

Hi there, I’m using WPML (EN-FR).

I have added two product addons to some of my products.

The first addon + tooltip gets translated perfectly, the second doesn’t.

Any idea on what could be causing this?

This is one of the pages where it shows:

The first addon is translated (Livraison à une adresse résidentielle) and the tool tip as well.
The second addon doesn’t (Tailgate service) get translated and neither the tooltip. I consulted WPML support about this and they couldn’t even find the string to translate it manually.

Hi David, I’ve also noticed theit works well products excluded from the addons are not considered in the French version. If I configure the addons so they don’t show in certain products, they are excluded in the English site but they still show in the French version. Please let me know if you’d want to have access to my wp login to check that up. Thank you!
